The heart of That Winnie Dog is our dog, Winnie. You will never meet a dog with a better talent for finding tennis balls than her, and her cuteness meets shenanigans so often that we find ourselves saying “that Winnie dog….” Starting a tennis ball company was a little out of our wheel house. But our cold brew is the best treat you will ever taste. Allow us the opportunity to explain what corked brew means and how seriously we take our commitment to making the best coffee.

The signature feature of our Corked Cold Brew is our method of brewing and steeping the coffee beans in a custom-made TWD Cork Barrel. The “cork” of the barrel is made with custom ingredients that we invented. While the beans sit in the water, the custom cork barrel absorbs bitterness and hard overpowering flavors to leave a smooth taste. And there you have it, “Corked Cold Brew.” To put a cherry on it, we top off every glass of That Winnie Dog coffee with a cork in the bottle. Aren’t we super creative! The water that goes into every glass of That Winnie Dog coffee goes through, what we call, the Golden (Retriever) Filtration process. It takes forever but it is worth it. The process includes multiple rounds of reverse osmosis filtration, coagulation, flocculation, distillation, and a single round of deionization. At Every glass of water takes hours to clean, but the result is simply amazing. For what its worth, that is Winnie’s favorite water…
